I first met Zachary two summers ago at my sons’ school. He was so little then, and had the biggest blue eyes! I took some pictures of him that ended up hanging in the front office at the school. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago – Zach’s mom Angie contacted me to have family photos taken. I remembered exactly who Zachary was, and was so excited to see how much he had grown! I also got to meet Zach new little sister! (She’s GORGEOUS!)
We had the best time! Angie is such a fun, loving Mom! I could hardly keep up with all the giggles and laughing going on!

These bright eyes and perfect heart shaped lips KILL me!! Stunning!

This is what having Dad wrapped around your finger looks like…

Slowing down for a quick second to give his sister kisses.

Tickle attack from Mommy

Who doesn’t love going airborne! I love these shots!

Angie- you have a beautiful family! Thank you so much for an AWESOME afternoon!
Danny, Natalie and Lily are getting so big so fast!

Kurtis and his father built this tree house condo in the backyard!! It was very cool, and the kids LOVED taking me up there to show me their space!

Inside the tree house…

(I suspect this lip gets this sweet girl out of trouble…

I got to play with Dillon and his mom (my friend Keli) at the park a few weekends ago and we had so much fun!! Dillon is going to have a big brother in the fall! He is going to have so much fun with a buddy to run around with all the time!

Dillon belongs to a friend and colleague, and is the cutest almost 2 year old! I grabbed a couple of quick shots of him while Mom and Dad watched football at our house…

Can you believe these little bubbles! I love when kids do this!!

Mom {Keli} LOVES these knuckle dimples!

The eyelashes!

Thanks for sharing your boy with me for a little bit, Keli! I just LOVE him!
Robin is another good friend of my sister Nicole’s.
When I was in Ohio in the Spring, I was able to meet Robin and her gorgeous family! In trying to get all of my amazing Ohio families’ pictures on my blog, I am so embarrassed to say that I misplaced their blog post in the shuffle.
So, with no further delay, please take a look! I am so glad I revisited their photos tonight and remembered what a great time we had!
Seriously, Casey is B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L.!

Casey clearly has her super tough Dad completely smitten!

Big yawn! (Pictures are HARD work!)

Thanks Robin & Vic!!
Meet Chad & Jessica and their C.U.T.E twin boys, Avery and Andrew.

WOWZA! That’s about all I can say about this one! These two are SMOKIN’!

Handsome Mr. Andrew

And the Handsome Mr. Avery

Brothers making plans!

The morning with these guys was jammed packed with fun stuff! There were airplane races…

home made sail boat races…

& games!

Thanks guys!!!
I have such a soft spot in my heart for families loaded up with boys! These guys were so cool, and they woke up super early on a Sunday to meet with me.

The feet photo – one of my most popular requests! I love it!

Schmoopie mommy moment

I mentioned they woke up early for their appointment- I had my hand hovered over this photo to “fix” this milk mustache, but I couldn’t do it. It’s perfect! It’s life! He’s so handsome!

While I was taking these shots, Evan was reluctant to stand up front by himself. I explained that I was going to take a picture of him with the rest of the family blurry in the background, with the hopes that talking him through “my vision” would make everything more easy and fun.
It turned out to be pretty stressful for him, and he said he didn’t “want to be blurry”! So sweet…

So then he and Brice used their Super Brother powers on me to make sure I didn’t make Evan blurry… or maybe Brice was doing his show tune routine. I’m not sure…

Taking time for some fun Gary and Elaine lovey, schmoopie pictures, but you have to pay attention to what’s going on behind them (I LOVE this!)
First you see the scheming…

Then the charge…

Then the ATTACK!!!!! (Have I mentioned my love of boys!)

Something to commemorate, ya know, the weeds by…

On a serious note, she’s gorgeous!

Thanks for waking up so early to hang out with me! Love you guys!!!
Merissa is my niece Luci’s ballet teacher. She has the sweetest family, and is so easy going! We had a great time running around downtown… in her puffy cloud ballet skirt! It rocked!!

Pearl.
Could you just squeeze her! I LOVE her name!!

My favorite family pictures are the unexpected ones where everyone is sort of doing their own thing, and not everyone is looking. You really start to get a sense of their personality’s that way.

They have the BEST tire swings in their backyard!
Robbie. So cool! Bubbling with energy and personality.

Duque is a wonderful member of the family. So sweet, laid back.
Now for some fun shots of Merissa, ballet teacher extraordinaire…
These are her toe shoes, hanging on a laundry line with the tire swing in the back. I love the contrast!
Pearl with Mommy

Thanks guys!! I had a great time!!
Going through this family’s pictures made me smile all over again! There were so many fun pictures to choose from, and, they were the first competitors in the Thumb Wrestling Championship. Zak took the title, but I feared the photos of his “Victory Dance” might make him hate me! That is, unless fluttering around like Tinkerbell is the rage on the teenage boy circuit… I guess I just never know these things… (sorry Zak!)

I adore freckles! Awesome!

The family that jumps together…. I don’t know. What? Someone fill in the blank for me…

Ohhhh, sun flare again! Yay!

You guys were so much fun to hang out with! Thanks!!
Besides being stunning, this family is so loving and happy and fun!
Hailey was rockin’ an arm splint after crushing her elbow the weekend before, and, I just have to say that Deb came up with the best idea to end our shoot with. There are no pictures here (I have to save something to send them), but I have three words: whip. cream. fight.
With a side of strawberries.
Oh yeah!

Sister Sandwich!!

Max & Deb

I asked to Deb to look at Max for a little bit. I LOVE the way she looks at him. Completely happy and relaxed.

Solomon-I want to go swimming in your eyeballs. Seriously.

Backgammon in the park.

I love this picture. Solomon could not possibly be any cuter if he tried.
