Michael “Hudson” Mahoney was born on Monday, June 21st.
He is simply perfect and wonderful and so good. I will write about more details later, and I will keep trying to find better and more adequate words to describe him. I spend hours looking into his face and am not entirely sure that there are adequate words.
If you had been following my maternity series, you can quickly catch up on Stevie T Photography’s Facebook page. Stevie was also there to capture the moments of Hudson’s Birth Day and she will be posting photos. Again, I can’t adequately justify the amazing that is Stevie and what she means to our family.
I will be responding to emails, although not regularly. We are taking time to adjust as a family and to soak in all the wonderful. Thanks for understanding!

I met Marleigh when she was two weeks old and she was already a modest little fashionista! We began our session trying out some diaper shots and she was not happy! We thought through all sorts of solutions to improve her mood, but it wasn’t until Mom put on her fancy dress that she was happier!

Mom has been patiently waiting for pictures of her newest baby girl, so I wanted to get a quick sneak peek up. More pictures coming soon….
I first met Zachary two summers ago at my sons’ school. He was so little then, and had the biggest blue eyes! I took some pictures of him that ended up hanging in the front office at the school. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago – Zach’s mom Angie contacted me to have family photos taken. I remembered exactly who Zachary was, and was so excited to see how much he had grown! I also got to meet Zach new little sister! (She’s GORGEOUS!)
We had the best time! Angie is such a fun, loving Mom! I could hardly keep up with all the giggles and laughing going on!
These bright eyes and perfect heart shaped lips KILL me!! Stunning!

I got to play with Dillon and his mom (my friend Keli) at the park a few weekends ago and we had so much fun!! Dillon is going to have a big brother in the fall! He is going to have so much fun with a buddy to run around with all the time!

Cannon busted his toe last night and ended up with three stitches in his big toe. Another chapter in our Parenting Boys Diary, I guess.
I’m putting pictures up for family and friends that are interested, but, please be aware that the pictures are pretty gruesome.
In my adrenaline induced protective Mommy mode last night, looking at his injury didn’t seem to be too bothersome to me. Looking at the pictures today made me squirm and cringe and quickly close the window. Please don’t punch in the password unless you are sure you are ready for it.
Today he is resting and is in surprisingly good spirits. We don’t have more information yet on what the next steps will be; we will see another doctor on Monday and keep everyone posted.
